Tom Rose | CEO
As CEO and working from our Bainbridge Island location, Tom is responsible for creating and delivering value to all stakeholders. Tom’s montra “We are in the service and expertise business” dictates that starting with himself we are forever cultivating the continuous expansion of knowledge,skills and capabilities of all team members. Tom remains accessible to all of our clients and the heart of a typical day finds Tom fostering a culture that is responsive to client needs and working to keep them in the best possible position within their market space. Tom has been a business owner and CEO continuously since 1989.
Tom is a native of Washington state, raised on both the west and east side of the cascades including the Hoodsport area of Shelton, Seattle, Lake Chelan and currently lives in Poulsbo Washington. When he is not engaged in helping companies establish and leverage a strong brand, Tom enjoys keeping up to date with his kids, reading, attending live music performances and staying fit.
Jeff Snelling | Web Developer
Jeff is responsible for leading hosting and web development objectives. Originally from Springfield, MO, where he attended and graduated from Drury University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Economics. After graduating, he started his professional career at Boeing in Wichita and very quickly made his way out to Boeing in Seattle. After working for 7 years in Manufacturing Engineering & Personal Computer support, he left to pursue opportunities at Microsoft.
In 15 years at Microsoft, Jeff held various positions before moving into a Lead Program Manager role where he managed the team of program managers, developers, and testers that built the online content tools for the Customer Support website at Microsoft.
When not working, Jeff enjoys relaxing with his wife Susan, bicycling all over Washington, being an active Maple Valley Rotarian, and cooking, no really…cooking.
Taggert Rose | Web Developer
While not riding motorcycles, he is responsible for hosting, SEO, and web development support. Taggert Rose graduated from Woodinville High School and is currently studying web development.
Tom Hock | Designer
Tom Hock is a award winning visual and web designer. He volunteers within the community and is a snowboard instructor during the weekends in the winter season.
Kim Walters | Web Designer
Kim has over 10 years experience in design, graduating with a Bachelor of Graphic Design. She has experience working on front-end web design, UI/UX, advertising banners and other print design projects.
She was raised in Western Washington, but now is a full-time traveler and works while abroad, her favorite locations to live and work are Germany, Serbia and Mexico.
